Terms of Service

Alframe is a workflow and evidence tool that helps organisations register their AI systems, run structured self-assessments, and produce documentation. It is provided by HIVE DYNAMICS DOO(“we”) to business customers only.

Alframe does not provide legal advice. Assessment outputs are structured self-assessment based on the answers you give, not legal opinions. You remain responsible for your own regulatory compliance and should consult a qualified lawyer for legal questions.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping credentials confidential, and for the people you invite into your organisation. You may not use the service to store unlawful content, probe or disrupt the service, or attempt to access another organisation’s data.

Your register, assessments, and evidence belong to you. We process them only as your processor under the Data Processing Agreement. You can export your data at any time using the built-in export features.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record: it issues your invoice and collects any VAT or sales tax due. Prices are published on our pricing page and are exclusive of tax. Billing is per editor seat, within the band your plan includes.

You may cancel at any time and keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. When a refund is available is set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without a contractual uptime guarantee. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice; if we discontinue the service we will give you at least 90 days to export your data.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using the service and delete your organisation at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia; exclusive venue is the courts of Novi Sad, Serbia.
